Community join forces to buy village pub

Locals from Trottiscliffe village in Kent have set up The Trosley Heritage Group and have until April to raise the money required to purchase their local pub. They intend to turn it into a multi- purpose asset for the benefit of the local community.

The Plough closed its doors last year after the current owner was refused planning permission to turn it into housing and is now selling.
